Whether you are brand new to meditation or simply need a reset, this course offers a grounded space for reflection, inner care, and quiet transformation.
Each week of Rooted Within invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, and your inner widsom. Through gentle guided meditation, nervous system support, and simple integrative practices, you'll begin to soften, ground, and return to yourself.
Week 1 - Arrive in the Body
Slow down and reconnect to the present moment. Ground yourself in breath and sensation as you create space for safety, stillness, and self-awareness.
Week 2 - Root & Release
Explore where stress or emotion may be held in the body. With care and gentleness, begin to let go of tension and return to your natural state of ease.
Week 3 - Cultivate Compassion
Develop a softer, loving relationship with yourself. This week focuses on meeting your experience with kindness, curiosity, and care.
Week 4 - Embody Your Inner Knowing
Integrate the tools and insights you've gathered. Deepen your connection to your intuitive, embodied self - and move forward feeling grounded and whole.
