My Approach
My coaching approach integrates intuition, empathy, somatics, and vision. This synthesis fosters authentic connections, making me not just a coach but a relatable and effective guide on the dynamic journey of personal and professional development. Motivated by my restorative nature, I work with clients by transforming setbacks into opportunities for growth. With my approach, personal growth becomes a profound exploration and is not only encouraged but celebrated; forming a powerful foundation for guiding individuals and teams toward success.
My Background
I love spending time in nature, traveling, running, meditating, exploring spiritual practices, and most of all, transforming your perceived obstacles into opportunities for self awareness and expansion. My journey to today has been a winding path including exploration of philosophy and ethics at UC Santa Cruz, diverse experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries, managing the care of both of my parents, and coaching and mentoring throughout it all.
I am excited to get to know you and embark on a journey of self discovery and empowerment together!

21 years management, mentoring, and coaching
17 years in healthcare; population care, IT solutions consulting, outpatient quality, clinic operations, & hospital administration
15 years care management for my parents
15 years in small business and hospitality industry
26 year relationship, partnership, and creation of family and community
